ProList + is a forum where individuals can rate service companies in their area. We do not now, and never will, charge the consumer to use your list. We provide a venue for you to rate a company good or bad.

Membership fees do not exist with ProList +. We will never charge you to use our list. Our competitors will undoubtedly remove their membership fees for a short time, but they will bring it back. The President of the ProList +, Jonathon Lester assures consumers that we will never charge a consumer to write reviews for us.

There is no way to be 100% sure but we run a strict auditing department and we are staffed with a very professional crew made up of veteran system engineers to ethical hackers. We don't want to give away our secrets but I am at liberty to tell you is that we believe it is more sensible than charging $7.00 a month like other lists do. We run what we call a 1 strike program. If a company is caught writing a report on themselves they will be removed from the list permanently and put in our Hall Of Shame, where we will display them as a fraudulent company.

Yes, Please add your company to the list! If you don't see your company on the list we highly encourage you to submit your information. This can be done after creating an account and searching for a company. There will be a prompt on the screen to add a company.

This is a strict list. We hold the right to add and remove anyone from the list that we see fit. We run a background check on a company which may include interviewing previous customers, checking with the BBB, and checking with the local Chamber of Commerce. Being included on ProList + is an honor and should be perceived as such.

The Gold Star Award is not a mystical award like other companies offer, our algorithm is simple The Gold Star Award is offered to companies within a category that have shown the following.
- The ability to hold an average star rating of over 3 for a 6 month period.
- Was among the top 10% for their catagory.

We feel if a customer has left a bad review about a company they have already tried to work it out with them and it was unable to be resolved. The review are only removable under extreme circumstances at the discretion of the ProList + team.

ProList + reviews companies every 6 months apposed to every year because so many things can happen in that amount of time. A change in management can make a company provide better services or worse services. We don't feel comfortable allowing a company to display our Gold Star Award if they are providing bad service.
